Juan Ramos
Founder & Executive Director
In middle school Juan was severely bullied. Carrying the burdens, lessons & hardships of these past experiences he never forgot the need for youth supports and guidance. He opened R3 in 2019 alongside an amazing team.
Isabelle Castaneda
Creative Director
Isabelle joins our team with incredible artistic talent using her skills to share our Vision and Mission and expand our reach beyond our walls and city!

Director of Outreach
Benita brings a deep passion for the community and a desire to reach youth right where they are in areas that have the highest needs!

R3 Pursue Program Manager
After working alongside R3 for two years through our partners at Be A Champion Inc, Maria joined our team in 2022 brining her passion for the SA community!

R3 Excel Program Manager
A graduate from our Employment Mentorship Program Cohort #3, Felix brings his passion for our programming and expertise in IT to our middle-high school youth.
